2tsDrained capers
1/2tsAnchovy paste
1tsOlive oil (extra-virgin may
  Be best)
1/4lbSoftened fresh white goat
  Cheese

Puree olives, capers, anchovy paste, and olive oil. Mix with the cheese. Fill celery ribs.
